Directions

In a large skillet, sauté the onion in the olive oil until the onion is tender. Stir in the veggie crumbles and the garlic; cook until the crumbles are brown. Stir in the tomato sauce, water, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, chili powder, cinnamon, paprika, allspice, light brown sugar, cocoa and the hot sauce. Cook over medium-high heat until composition begins to boil; Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce is thick. While the sauce is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Place the spaghetti in the pot and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Stir beans into the chili composition and mix lightly. Add spaghetti to serving bowls and pour chili composition on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
